2015年世界計(jì)量日主題為“計(jì)量與光”。
　　我們之所以選擇這個(gè)主題，是為了與聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織舉辦的“國(guó)際光學(xué)年”和“2015光學(xué)技術(shù)”年會(huì)相呼應(yīng)。
　　這是一個(gè)全球性的倡議，旨在突出光和光學(xué)技術(shù)在我們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪邪缪葜P(guān)鍵角色，以及對(duì)未來(lái)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起著重要作用。
　　計(jì)量在光學(xué)技術(shù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中起著關(guān)鍵作用，同時(shí)，光也是許多尖端測(cè)量技術(shù)中最核心的元素。
　　我們舉辦一年一度的“世界計(jì)量日”活動(dòng)，是為了紀(jì)念1875年5月20日十七國(guó)代表簽署了“米制公約”。
　　“米制公約”為科學(xué)研究、工程測(cè)量、商貿(mào)結(jié)算以及社會(huì)中的測(cè)量活動(dòng)設(shè)立了一個(gè)全球化合作的框架。
　　“公約”的初衷是在全球范圍內(nèi)保證測(cè)量結(jié)果的一致性，即便在今天，量值統(tǒng)一也同樣重要。
　　國(guó)際計(jì)量局(BIPM)和國(guó)際法制計(jì)量組織(OIML)共同策劃了“世界計(jì)量日”活動(dòng)。我們希望您喜歡這個(gè)網(wǎng)站并邀請(qǐng)貴國(guó)、相關(guān)計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)與我們一起共同慶祝這一重要的日子。

　　The theme for World Metrology Day 2015 is ‘Measurements and Light’.
　　The topic was chosen to align with the UNESCO International Year of Light and Light-based technologies 2015 (IYL 2015), a global initiative designed to highlight the key role light and optical technologies play in our daily lives and their importance for our future and for the sustainable development of the society we live in.
　　Metrology plays a central role in enabling the application of light-based technologies, and in turn, light is at the heart of many of the most important new elements of leading-edge measurement technologies.
　　World Metrology Day is an annual celebration of the signature by representatives of seventeen nations of the Metre Convention on 20 May 1875. The Convention set the framework for global collaboration in the science of measurement and in its industrial, commercial and societal applications. The original aim of the Metre Convention - the world-wide uniformity of measurement - remains as important today as it was in 1875.
